This notice explains the basic personal information, service usage records, and notification information processed while using Couponi.

1. Information We Process

1. Member account information: member ID, nickname, contact details, and other membership information managed through GNUBoard
2. Store application information: business name, representative name, business registration number, contact details, address, business category, and introduction
3. Coupon usage information: receipt and holding of coupons, transfer negotiations, store offers, customer acceptance, issuance of discounts, QR scans, completed use, and verification cancellations
4. Access and security information: IP address, access time, browser information, and information identifying the person who processed an action

2. Purposes of Use

1. Identifying members and confirming login status
2. Providing coupon receipt, storage, transfer negotiation, and redemption verification functions
3. Processing store applications, approvals, and employee permissions
4. Preventing misuse and duplicate use
5. Reviewing activity history and responding to disputes
6. Providing service announcements and necessary notifications

3. Notifications

The company may provide the following notifications when necessary to operate the service:

1. Coupon receipt and registration notifications
2. Bundle negotiation requests, store offers, and customer acceptance or rejection notifications
3. Store discount issuance and completed-use notifications
4. Original-store verification, completed-use, and verification-cancellation notifications
5. Store application, approval, rejection, and employee permission change notifications
6. Important service announcements and policy changes

Separate consent or settings may be required when external delivery methods such as text messages, Kakao notifications, email, or web push are used.

4. Retention and Deletion

Service usage records and activity history may be retained for the period necessary to prevent misuse, respond to disputes, and manage operations.

Information that is no longer required by applicable law or for operational purposes may be deleted or stored separately according to internal standards.

5. Important Notice

Members and stores must not use another person's account, QR code, registration code, or coupon information without authorization or improperly provide it to a third party.

If there is a risk of misuse due to loss of a mobile phone, account theft, or an employee leaving the business, appropriate action must be taken immediately, such as changing the password, disabling employee permissions, or contacting an administrator.
